Tastings "à la carte"
Try the bottle of your choice, opt for the selection of the week, or let yourself be surprised and seduced by an enjoyable personal experience with one of our accompanied tastings: “Chasselas”, “Discovery”, “Red” or “Expert”.
Various exposed vineyards can be bought directly in the Vinorama, one or several bottles, dependin on your favourites and your desires.
Our tasting packages :
- The “CHASSELAS” : tasting of 3 white Chasselas wines (with bread , puff pastry sticks) : CHF 17.- per person
- The “DISCOVERY” : tasting of 2 Chasselas varieties and 1 Plant Robert red wine (with bread , puff pastry sticks and water) : CHF 20.- per person
- The “RED” : tasting of 3 red wines (with bread , puff pastry sticks) : CHF 21.- per person
- The “AROMATIC” : tasting of 1 white wine from Chasselas-grape and 2 white specialities ( with bread,puff pastry sticks) : CHF 21.- per person
- The “EXPERT” : tasting of 3 white wines and 2 red wines (with bread , puff pastry sticks) : CHF 26.- per person
THE APERITIF PLATE:
For groups from 10 people only, to be ordered in advance, thank you. Mixed of cold meats and regional cheese, CHF 21.- per person (not included in the wine tasting package

- “Young” cheese from alpine pasture of Etivaz AOP, 150gr : CHF 14.-
- “Old”cheese from alpine pasture of Etivaz AOP, 150gr : CHF 14.-
- 1 saucisson au Plant Robert, 200gr : CHF 16.- (dry sausage)
- Dried beef back steak (Swiss origin) 100gr : CHF 19.-
